Hello everyone,
I am delighted to be able to post a new devblog.
Death Walk advances step by step.
The pre-alpha allowed me to test a variety of systems. some that will be integrated into the game and others not.
but before arriving at the alpha I must finish integrating the base of the game.
solo development, its advantage accompanied by everything it's inconvenient in the life
told me that it does not hurt to dream
but in real life yesI didn't stop dreaming, I just started bringing my dreams to life.
if I am telling you about that, it is because Death Walk is a project that is ventured into my life and my creativity. who are painful or happy, in Death walk there will be parts of my life. of course romance of my life.
and if we talk about Death Walk, or it is now that I have not given too much news.
Death Walk evolves. the pre alpha allows a large number of tests to be carried out between the ideas, the concept and especially the real integration into the game.
Death Walk, in the first phase of the integrated survival system and it works well. there are a lot of other things missing to make survival even more interesting.
it's a survival game with a top down view.
but I didn't want to make a simple survival game where you have to kill, eaten, drink ect. but to go into a story to understand why in Death Walk humanity must survive.
this is the important point to make the world coherent. I take inspiration from what's going on now and take notes. my phone and filled with notes for the game.
life is not easy and i don't want to play a game that reminds us of difficult everyday life.
so death walk is not a zombie game, but a game inspired by the life around me.
we can't control everything and we don't all have the same ending.
I'm working on this to create a cohesive world with an ending that depends on the play. death walk has a story, but death walk is not going to hold your hand to find out, because there will be so many things to discover.
in life you don't have a mini map that tells you where to finish something, in death walk either. in life you have only one life, in death walk too. the world is the same for every human the same in death walk. but what happens in life we do not have control the same things in death walk.
I don't promise a release date, until I get to what I want.
